Two AJK boys accidentally crossed Indian occupied Kashmir handed over to authorities  

Srinagar: Amid border skirmishes, two boys from Pakistan administered Kashmiri (PaK)  also known as Azad Kashmir who had accidentally crossed this side of Indian occupied Kashmir were handed over to Pakistan authorities by the Border Security Force (BSF) at Teetwal Crossing Bridge on Wednesday.

A police official told news agency CNS that 8th class students from Muzaffarabad, Imtiyaz Ahmed Khan and Muhammad Wasatat Kahn had crossed the Line of Control (LoC) near Pakseemari and the forces personnel had arrested them near Karnahseemari of this part of Kashmir.

During investigation both the students turned out to be innocent while 104 Infantry Brigade Tangdhar established contacts with Pakistan authorities to handed over the boys to them.

Deputy Commissioner Athmuqam Raja Azam, Army Major Muhammad Abdullah and parents of the boys had arrived to receive the boys at Teetwal Crossing Point while from this part of Kashmir, Tehsildar Karnah Nisar Ahmed Awan, Naib-Tehsildar Abdul Qayoom and SHO Khurshid Ahmed Wani accompanied these two students.

“They provided us dry fruits, school bags, books and uniform. They treated us well and even police officer Khurshid Sahab gifted us some garments,” the PaK students told CNS while crossing the Teetwal Bridge. (CNS)
