It is shameful that India still calls Jammu Kashmir a part of India . Many Indian over-conscious of backlash for annexation and genocide in Kashmir refuse to admit Indian folly in annexing cunningly and crediting Jammu Kashmir into Indian Union account quite hurriedly. They are happy that Indian terror forces aptly militarized the region and killed the Kashmiri Muslims by suing some of the pro-India elements there.
 
According to Indian map Jammu & Kashmir is part of India , but Jammu Kashmir was a sovereign state until 1947 when the tricky India colluding with a Hindu traitor king managing the Muslim JK state and annexed it. But a previous map of Jammu Kashmir will make the position pretty clear to Jammu Hindus as much as their Indian compatriots.
 
Kashmiris reject the India map drawings altogether and call JK as their own independent country. They rightly say that arrogant India terror forces are occupying their nation forcefully and killing innocent Kashmiris Muslims.
 
The Hindu columnists, Jammuites inclusive, efficiently play the role of Indian agents in the region and hide (or they are not even aware of) the fact that it is the freedom leaders and freedom fighters who struggle for freedom, and not any separatists and they are not asking for any divisions in India but surrender their nation stolen by India. They hardly make any reference to the history of Jammu Kashmir before Indian annexed it in 1947 and discuss the issue as of now JK as part of India . They are quite conscious for the fact legally they have to stick to their guns to save their skins from any possible punishment in future. But the Indian terror leaders will be punished.  
  
When thee is hardly any journalist in India or Kashmir who support the freedom struggle of Kashmiris, bags full of columnists argue in favor of India and make good monetary fortunes from several sources. Hindu leaders talk about protest of Hindus in Jammu and “arrests in lakhs” But they refuse to discuss the plight of Kashmir Muslims under Indian terror control. Over revival of international interest in Kashmir, including that of Pakistan , following second phase of mass uprising since mid August shouting anti-India and pro-Pakistan slogans as a reaction to the blockade on Jammu-Srinagar highway.
 
Common people in Kashmir were badly hurt by the blockade. Hindus were happy about that. Jammu Hindus, like their Indian brethren, never protested against state terrorism in Kashmir killing defenseless Kashmiris.  Ruthless firings on Kashmiri Muslims never awaken the Hindus to support the cause of innocent Kashmiris. But Jammuites do talk at length about series of killings of Hindus by the militants
 
The terror forces, ill-focused on the Muslims in Jammu , kill exclusively Muslims and hence police excesses on Jammu Muslims. No one was bothered to talk to the Kashmiri. But Indian premier sent an emissary to Hindus.  Jammu Sangarsh Samiti refused to meet the all party delegation, sent by the Prime Minister unless all Kashmiri leaders who belong to the mainstream parties in the valley and are on the hit list of the militants, left Jammu. They included Union Minister and the State Congress Chief Saif uddin Soz. Thus the Samiti leaders were not only against anti-India leaders but also all Kashmiri leaders. 

In fact during initial days of protest against the transfer of land to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board in the last days of June, the Pakistan government, press and TV were conspicuous by their complete silence. Mirwaiz Omar Farooq was disappointed over the fact that Pakistan had lost interest in Kashmir .
 
Though the protest movement in Jammu initially started by the BJP and its privar against what it called surrender by the government to the Kashmiris through revocation of the order for transfer of land to the Shrine Board, and perceived discrimination against Jammu region by the Kashmiri rulers who replaced Jammu based Dogra Maharajas, it was joined by most of the Congress leaders, who formed the government that had passed the revocation order. Figures of development expenditure and number of persons recruited by various departments were quoted to substantiate the fact of discrimination.
 
The illegal Amarnath land deal by JK and Indian governments is supported by Hindus, although Amarnath is treated as NRI god of Hindus. When there are so many gods in India why should India bother about a god invented by the UK in 19th century.  . Similarly, encouraged by Indian “democratic” Hindus, Sangarsh Samiti members are talking of long term solution of the problems of the region, a dominant group therein is seeking a separate Jammu state, which has the support of some influential personalities in Delhi ; they talk about objective and equitable allocation of funds to regions and sub-regions.
 
 
First and foremost task for the freedom leaders is, in any case, to prevent growing communication gap between the two principal regions of the state and restore dialogue between different walks of life of the regions. They have to take steps to protect the Muslims in all regions, especially in Jammu region where Hindus dominate and scheme against Muslims.
 
Convergence of state terrorists
 
Happy that it is now in the “good” books of the all powerful global state terrorists like USA and Israel, India is boldly pursuing a pro-US and capitalist policies in a country that has long forgotten about its days of slavery under UK domination and given up Gandhian legacy and heritage in favor of weapons & nuclearism and “close relationship with USA.  All that Indian leaders know is nuclearism and genocide in Jammu Kashmir.
 
At the other end, craving for global fame and prestige, India had got into the US trap and is being used by USA to pursue its famous containment activities against China . By “clearing “nuclearism” package for India and helped India also acquire funds from EU and Japan . A grateful India supported USA and gladly criticized Iran and expects more favors form USA in the form of UNSC seat to justify its illegal occupation and immoral acts including killing in that alien nation. Also, UNSC seat would make India a “regional power giant” to bully its other neighbors more strongly.
 
Anti-Islamic terrorism, the base for the Western bindings now, has taken helped India to enter into Western orbit by “sharing” values and thinks the West had taken it into its folds. The West, known for its anti-Islamic rhetoric and terrorist actions, has felt sympathy for Indian double speaks and weak predicament and assured some cash to Indian capitalists under “usual” heads. Japan on Oct 22 offered a record 4.5 billion dollars in loans to India to build a major railway as they agreed to step up both economic and military ties and pledged to step up military cooperation, including helping the "war on terror". Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Japanese counterpart Taro Aso hastened to deny that the cooperation was aimed at countering China , where both leaders head Thursday for a summit of Asian and European leaders.
 
Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman, Syed Ali Shah Geelani will be addressing people at TRC ground after Friday prayers immediately after his landing in Srinagar on November 14 and will spearhead the election boycott campaign after his return to Valley. Stating that election boycott is right of Kashmiris, he asked people to socially boycott every individual, who participates in the polls. “The elections can never be an alternative to right to self determination, which has been promised to Kashmiris,” he said. About the arrests and clampdown on pro-freedom leaders, Geelani said, “Arrests and curfews have made it clear that India has accepted the defeat. By using curfew as means to prevent people from participating in freedom marches, India has made it clear to the world that it is holding Kashmir through military might.”
 
Postscript
 
India has been trying influence all big powers on the issue of Jammu Kashmir, but its arguments no more carry any weight on international arena.  True, since India remains an arrogant nation refusing to come to term with reality and surrender sovereignty back to Kashmiris demanding it, it is imperative that UN, UNSC and major powers  step in to ask India to  show sensibility and use common sense. But USA should not be allowed to hijack the Kashmir freedom struggle to another indefinite saga of negotiations as it has been happening in the case of Palestine .
