God Almighty, in the Holy Qur’an, ordains with emphasis: “If you (The Faithful) find yourselves in a state of confrontation with your adversaries, remain steadfast and inclined to Allah with enthusiastic devotion; and don’t relapse into internal bickering and wrangling lest you lose your importance as a potent and formidable Ummah.” (Surah Anfaal-47).

Alas! Factionalism, sectarianism, conformist fixation, bigotry and bias has created scission, schism and dissension with Ummah. Still you are found circumambulating Ka’ba together in white ihram on the occasion of Hajj or Umrah. This is sheer hypocrisy which has emboldened your adversaries to such an extent that you find yourselves on the receiving end. Whither your collective and cumulative “equestrian preparedness” for effective deterrance? Remember that your ardent yearning and passionate Endeavour for the revival of caliphate will inevitably and infallibly salvage, redeem and retrieve the Muslim Ummah from the crevice and crevasse of crises. A genuine longing for the restitution of caliphate (khalafat) will necessarily cobble your hearts together like can a rock. So through communion of hearts, you can irrefragably feel en famille and thus overcome the present state of debilitating and enervating maelstrom that cramps your style as self-respecting Ummah . Thus , in the backdrop of this pro-millat dialectics , the acquisition of nuclear capability by Iran is soothingly gratifying . We cannot but appreciate and commend the sagacity , judiciousness and prescient statesmanship of Russian and Chinese leaders who, while working in unison on the diplomatic front , exuded responsibility as vocal exponents of Asian security by preempting , torpedoing and jeopardizing the imperialistic initiative of the Occidental hawks to adroitly and deftly manage their military intervention in Syria. And eudemonism of Xi Jinping , the Chinese Vice-President (the protagonist of proletarian altruism), taught him to capitalize on and optimize the prevalent situation in Asia with special reference to row over Iranian nuclear programme . He was adequately assertive , vociferous and candid when he , on Feb.13—2012, warned USA against military focus in Asia.

On Feb. 16, 2012, the three Asian leaders—Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran , Hamid Karza`ie of Afghanistan and Asif Zardari of Pakistan—are meeting in Islamabad to discuss the various aspects of Asian security . Percy M. Rajapaksa, the President of Sri Lanaka , visited Pakistan on Feb. 11, 2012 for facilitating strategic defence alliance between the two countries as part of the Asian security campaign .

Notwithstanding proactive diplomatic peripateticism of India to woo china and Saudi Arabia for an objective of peace and prosperity, the guaranteeing of peace in south Asia will be a mirage and hallucinatory distant dream unless Kashmir issue is resolved in accordance with the freedom aspirations of Kashmir’s. Kashmir will continue to be nuclear flashpoint and a fuse in the tinderbox of south Asia until Indian ruler’s extricate them selves from the dark dungeon of self-delusion, ostrich optimism, overbearing megalomania, regressive chauvinistic mindset, and aggressive nationalism. Your intransigence and obduracy vis-à-vis Kashmir issue has, in fact, added to your vulnerability.

Your depredatory military onslaught has converted Kashmir into a veritable hell. You, through your mendacious, fallacious and malicious disinformation regarding Kashmir resistance movement, are trying to hoodwink the free world. Who confounded and obfuscated Kashmir issue by hedging and dodging the pledge and promise you made in Indian parliament and UNO about holding of a referendum in Kashmir to determine its political future. You are still adopting all coercive Machiavellian modes of repression and suppression to force Kashmir’s to renounce and waive their inalienable right to self determination.

Indian imprudent and self-centered leaders have provided sufficient ammunition , as casus belli , to the resistance movement of Kashmir. Kashmiris feel disillusioned with your tottering system of justice in Kashmir .

Magistracy is well-nigh a failure here because of its helplessness . Every phlegmatic decree of High Court based on justice is ridiculed by the system here. Relatives of martyr advocate Jaleel Andrabi , who are lamenting and mourning his martyrdom, will continue to moan, squall and wince with agony unless the assassins of the martyred freedom zealot are punished for the heinous act of murder. Every gun. wielding Indian soldier in Kashmir , enjoying immunity and impunity under the draconian law AFSPA , is eager to act like Chagez, Halaku and Gen. Dyer whose notoriety for acts of genocide causes repugnance , abhorrence and detestation .

Kashmiris are waiting the moment when murderers of 36 innocent Sikhs of Chattsingpora and five citizens of Pathribal , who were ruthlessly butchered in March 2002, will be brought to book . The month of February reminds us of how Kashmiri resistance icon Maqbool Butt , the proto-martyr , was haltered and gibbeted on Feb. 11, 1984 in Tihar Jail Delhi and how Ghulam Muhammad Bulla, the freedom votary , was lynched on Feb. 15, 1975 by men in uniform .

Pertinaciousness , ravenousness and predatoriness of fascist rulers of India taught them to superciliously exterminate six lakh Kashmiris during the past 65 years through systematic acts of genocide , homicide , mayhem and carnage. . And scourge of the chauvinistic system does not ebb. On Feb. 10, 2012 Ashiq Husain Rather, the 20-year boy of Laisar Rafiabad was callously and cold-bloodedly killed by a passé of Indian armed personnel . Body of the conscientious and vigilant boy lay spattered with blood when his agonized and horrified sisters were wailing over the dastardly act of murder. His mother was elegizing the tragic episode in her peculiar style of monody . The heart` rending scene of brutality infuriated the youth of the village and adjoining hamlets . Elderly seers and sages tried to ameliorate the traumatic situation through sermons of fortitude and equability . As a pragmatist and pacifist futurist I feel that the course violent ultraism as an expedient and implement to emphasize right to self-determination , can be conveniently substituted by colligated and concatenated cumulative democratic resistance if pro-India Kashmiri leaders , while atoning and making amends for and expiating their lapses , join the political resistance movement en masse . This is what patriotism and doctrine of pacifism demands .

Accommodationists of Azad Kashmir government eventually , after a period of forty years , realized that , in order to pay homage to the Kashmiri luminaries Moulvi Muhammad Yousuf Shah, Sardar Ibraheem Khan , K.H Khursheed and protomartyr Maqbool Butt , it should officially empathize and identify itself with them . It is a way to facilitate communion of hearts and minds of the people of Kashmir that straddles the LoC. The pro-independence leaders , as successors of the political genius Maqbool Butt, can , through effective shuttle diplomacy , create a coordination between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad for galvanizing the global civil society into a campaign aimed at early peaceful and honourable settlement of Kashmir issue .

It is really deplorable that compulsive chauvinistic mindset and fixation of Indian rulers does not allow them to deign and condescend for a tripartite discourse on Kashmir to seek an honourable way out of Kashmir tangle and vortex . God Almighty is watching how Indian tyrants are perpetrating tyranny and terror in Kashmir . Allah will inevitably intervene to rein in the oppressors and facilitate redemption and deliverance of Kashmir.
