KP’s enchanting three times benefit of PM’s Special Recruitment
Jammu: It is not spurious although is factual that several Kashmiri
Pandits (KP) educated unemployment youths who were being absorbed under the PM’s Special package in the year of 2010-2011 before the mature
period of return policy of KP community in the Kashmir valley. Allegedly a number among of them fraudulently be enchanting doubles of benefit from the
state exchequer as in one direction they are withdrawing the Salary without sense of duty and obligations while on other hand they are getting the
benefit of monthly cash relief along with side of make a fuss of activity outside the state in different multinational companies at lofty earnings
with management and malleable intention of spirit teamwork within the high key officials in the valley in a hanky pinky manner.
While talking
on the way to our reporter some KP unemployment educated youths on the anonymity basis disclosed that the number of youths both men and women
appointed especially as junior Engineers(civil, electrical, Mech)Grade under Prime Ministers Special Package for return and rehabilitation of
Kashmiri migrants to Kashmir valley are being directed to report in the concerned departments and establishments but after made their joining in the
different departments in different districts in the valley are working outside the state in different multinational companies without any resignation
or permission sought from the respective officials .They also alleged that several among them are withdrawing the salary at a fifty -fifty basis with
coordination and malleable intention of spirit teamwork within the high key officials. Not only this but the said appointee are also getting the
relief benefits from the state exchequer by taking the profit of government order which declares that during the first two years of their term of
their appointment the relief imbursement will continue remain in force.
Despite the inbuilt provisions of their basic appointment orders issued
under the Government Order the appointee migrates from Kashmir valley at any time during his /her service tenure, for any reason whatsoever ,his/her
appointment/service shall stand terminated without any notice by itself by the action of his/her migration but it is alas to say that all such orders
has been proved failure on the flourish of desk because of said fortitude Corrupt officers.
The desired unemployment educated youths of said
community who are still wandering for an opportunity of service expressed their resentment towards the government and alleged that though apart of
every kind of effort and twist government has done nothing for poor and needy but have given an ample opportunity to an influential and high
ranking people to absorbed the blue eye boys in such recruitment drive while ignored the genuine ones. Whenever the large number of unemployed youths
have crossed the over age limits. Anguish youths demanded the high level probe in this matter and insists action against the culprits.
