Islamabad: Eminent analysts while talking in “Nuqta-e-Nazar” programme of Radio Pakistan have voiced serious concern over Indian subversive activities in Pakistan.

PML-N Senator Mushahidullah Khan said: “Since the partition of British India in 1947 and creation of modern republics of India and Pakistan, the two South Asian countries have been involved in four wars, including one undeclared war, and many border skirmishes and military stand-offs. India declares itself a democratic country, but the fact is that India has never adopted a mature attitude in any aspect. Its spy agency RAW has been involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan. Pakistani security forces have recently apprehended a RAW agent form Balochistan. The governments of both the countries want peace, but some forces are involved in efforts to destabilize Indo-Pak relations. Both India and Pakistan should sit on a table to resolve all outstanding issues, including Kashmir dispute. The peace in the region cannot be established without the settlement of the Kashmir dispute.”

Defense analyst Air Marshal, retired, Shahid Latif said: “The arrest of Indian spy Kulbushan Yadav from Balochistan is a critical issue and Pakistan should convey a strong message to Indian government that it should be careful in the future.  Pakistan needs to highlight this critical issue at the international forum in order to expose Indian nefarious designs.  The United Nations should take notice of Indian terrorist activities in Pakistan and force India to stop interfering in internal affairs of the other countries. Pakistan is ready to support India in probing Pathankot terror attack to bring responsible elements to justice. The country’s top civil and military brass has reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to eliminate terrorism once for all. The civil and military leadership of the country is on the same page regarding the elimination of terrorism.”

Defense analyst Major General, retired, Farooq said: “Pakistan-India foreign secretary-level talks in New Delhi will help strengthen bilateral relations.  The two sides discussed all outstanding bilateral issues, including the Kashmir dispute. The foreign secretary has emphasized that Kashmir remains the core issue that requires a just solution in lines with the United Nations Security Council’s resolutions and aspirations of the people of Kashmir. Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry also raised issue of the arrest of Indian spy agent Kulbushan Yadav during talks with his Indian counterpart and expressed concern over RAW’s subversive activities in Balochistan and Karachi. The arrest of RAW’s agent is a great achievement of our security forces. The meeting provided a useful opportunity to exchange views on recent developments in bilateral context. Pakistan is already fighting a war against terrorism and always condemns terrorism in all forms.”

Defense analyst Dr. Muhammad Khan said: “Pakistan expressed serious concerns over Indian subversive activities in Pakistan and said such activities will hinder efforts towards normalization of relations between the two countries. The Foreign Secretary emphasized that Kashmir remains the core issue that requires a just solution. International community must take notice of Indian violation of human rights in Indian-administered Kashmir and force India to stop such violations. It is very much possible that both countries talk to each other and try to settle the issues on the sidelines of the Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process meeting in New Delhi. ”

Senior analyst Dr. Pervaiz Iqbal Cheema said: “India is unable to digest the improving economy of Pakistan and never wants Pakistan to be strong. The main cause of India-Pakistan tension is Kashmir dispute. Peace in the region could not be resolved without resolving this core issue. Pakistan has always highlighted Kashmir issue on international forums in an effective way. Indian government is always involved in efforts to destabilize Pakistan at any cost and the arrest of RAW’s agent Kulbushan Yadav from Balochistan is the evidence of Indian involvement in Pakistan. India will never succeed in its efforts to sabotage CPEC because it will benefit all the countries of the region.”

IR expert Ali Salman said: “Security agencies have arrested serving officer of Indian spy agency RAW from Chaman border area of Balochistan. Kulbushan Yadav revealed that he had been imparting Naval fighting training to Baloch separatists in an attempt to target Pakistani ports. This issue also came under discussion during Pakistan-India secretary-level talks in New Delhi today. Pakistan has clarified that it will not tolerate Indian interference in Pakistan. Pakistan has already provided the evidences of Indian involvement in terrorist activities in Pakistan on all international forums. Pakistan has always supported peace process in the region while India has always been involved in sabotaging these efforts. Indian government should adopt serious attitude and avoid anti-Pakistan policies. China Pakistan Economic Corridor project is going to benefit all the countries of the region, including India.”
