Pak defence is faith article: AAWA

BARAL/PALLANDERI: The Al Awan Welfare Association (AAWA) of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in
a resolution condemned the brutal attacks of the NATO and ISAF on the two border posts of Pakistan in Mohmand Agency on November 26, 2011, declaring
that the defence of Pakistan and accession of Kashmir with Pakistan are an article of faith of the Association. These twin objectives are
inter-related and sacred with every Kashmiri, the resolution says passed unanimously in an urgent meeting held here Thursday evening.
Association’s president Malik Abdul Majeed Awan, retired Headmaster presided and praised the post- attacks vital decisions taken by the
Government of Pakistan as bold and timely measures.
The resolution says: “The Al Awan Association of Azad Jammu and Kashmir vehemently
condemns the November 26, 2011, attacks on two Pakistani border checkposts in Mohmand Agency and renews its determination to make every sacrifice for
the sacred defence of Pakistan and for Kashmir’s accession with Pakistan as both these objectives are inter-related. Kashmir is the lifeline of
Pakistan defined over six decades ago by the Founding Father of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah as the jugular vein of Pakistan. This wisest
observation of the Quaid-e-Azam is an article of faith with every future looking Kashmiri. There would be no let up in offering sacrifices for the
defence, solidarity and integrity of Pakistan. The valiant Armed Forces of Pakistan deserve every sincere tribute of the entire nation for their
resoluteness in defending the territory and ideology of Pakistan. It calls upon the government of Pakistan to introduce a national solidarity anthem
in the morning assemblies in schools hailing the armed forces of Pakistan so that every child is inspired from his/her teenage and showed future
responsibility when grown-up”. It prayed for the uplift of souls of the martyrs of November 26, 2011 Mohmand Agency and sympathized with the
bereaved families.
It also condemned the Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
The meeting was rounded off by prayers for the
solidarity, integrity and growing strength of Pakistan and its Armed Forces.
