3 persons injured in landslides, school timings rescheduled

Srinagar: Three persons were injured in a landslide in Keran area of Kupwara district in north Kashmir.

Three persons Nazakat Khan, Bilal Joo and Ashraf Hajam residents of Mundian got injured when they were hit by a landslide near Mundian Det Bridge in jurisdiction of Police Station Keran. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has taken necessary measures to prevent such incidents.

Meanwhile, the timings in respect of government and recognized private schools within the Municipal limits of Srinagar city shall be from 9 a.m to 3 p.m and in outside Srinagar Municipal limits from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m with effect from April 10, 2015.

According to a communiqué from the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, the school timings shall be adhered to strictly by all the concerned educational intuitions. (GNS)
